Returns & Exchanges:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We currently offer exchange only (no cash refunds), except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

* Accessories or custom/personalized orders

•Worn or damaged products due to misuse

📦 Return Process:
* Contact us on WhatsApp or via email with your order number and reason for return.

* Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address.

* After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or offer store credit.

* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or wrong).

* Peekawear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
